With the commitment towards precision engineering work, we created space at our facility where the job work can be inspected thoroughly for output that are required by our clients. We believe we can fulfill our client's precision requirements.

Inspection room at OEW

Inspection Room features:

Temperature controlled.

We can control temperature at constant 24°C, which helps us to get repeatable readings because of negligible material deformation due of constant temperature.

Dust controlled.

When tolerances are tight, dust can be major reason for altered readings. We at our inspection facility can keep dust as minimum as possible.

Humidity controlled.

Humidity is an invisible thing present in the atmosphere which corrodes the iron material which is the basic & majorly used material in our industries. We with dehumidifier installed at inspection room can prevent our datums, inspection instruments & clients workpieces for corrosion.

Light controlled.

Sometimes light plays important role in inspection when the inspection is done with LASER. We can dim light so Laser can fetch accurate readings out.

With all of above features our inspection room has openable rooftop. This helps material handling up to 5 tons of load in & out of inspection room.
